JMS Global Services, LLC. incorporated in 2016 to provide technical expertise and maintenance on metrology tools for the semiconductor, disk media and optical glass industries. 

In 1996, Michael Schwadron joined Chapman Instruments and managed the Service Department and Installation of ~50 toolsets.  In 2001, he joined Raytex Corporation in Japan to manage the startup of the US operation for this supplier of $1M non-contact semiconductor tools.  In 2016, Raytex Corporation dissolved and JMS Global Services was transferred all rights to support Raytex tools in the US and Europe.

JMS continues to provide a high level of support by maintaining strong relationships, continued training with the OEM engineers at Raytex, NanoSystem Solutions, Chapman Instruments, QES Malaysia, EFE-Corp and CNJ21. 

SPARE PARTS:  JMS carries ~$100K in many rare obsolete spare parts for Raytex Corporation toolsets.  We might have that part you need.  If not, we are able to work with OEM’s to find a part or retrofit to keep an older toolset running.
